Some of the reviews on GlassDoor are plain malicious. I've worked here for a little under a year and there are people killing it, management can be strict but is extremely fair. Culture is fantastic. The main detractor of the experience is the low close rate across the business, it really is a volume play.

It’s ups and downs. One year they do great commission, then the year that follows is awful. They do offer a relatively high base but it varies wildly from person to person.
