It’s ups and downs. One year they do great commission, then the year that follows is awful. They do offer a relatively high base but it varies wildly from person to person.

In my opinion, it was a very toxic environment to work in. They had unrealistic OTE’s that barely anyone in the office was hitting except a handful of people. If you did sell something, the commission you were owed sometimes wasn’t paid or wasn’t paid the full amount. If you’re not performing almost immediately, you’re put on a PIP and/or fired.
