overall I've had a very positive experience but do not feel the comp plan is highly competitive - lots of teething issues currently within the Rev Org

This company has gone through A LOT of change. So much so that many long time employees have change fatigue. The product has not kept up with market demand and therefore G2 is playing catchup. Lot's of goodness here but currently overshadowed by too much change too quickly. Hope to see things improve and not get worse before they get better.

Working in a startup division, great coworkers but weaker offering than the company’s flagship one, where not hitting quota has become the status quo.
