Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Fullstory has changed a LOT since I first joined. In the beginning, the team seemed very cohesive and motivated, and while there are still a lot of great individuals here, the ship feels like it's being steered without a sense of direction. 5 RIFs over the course of about a year, high turnover in leadership, and some maybe ill-advised internal promotions has turned this place from an employer I was passionate about to just another place to do work. There are still some great benefits - as a whole, the people are super talented and friendly, the product does have some cool technical differentiators in the market, but overall the spark I once had for working here has dimmed considerably.
