Nobody hits OTE and inbound lead flow is nonexistent for mid market. Have to truly drink the company cool aid to stay here long term as an IC.

It has been a tough experience. The product is great, there are some very smart people, but there is not enough demand to support the growth goals. Managers are encouraged to performance manage people out yet they are not allowed to backfill roles. Great product and exciting space. The ICP being SAAS and eComm has made things a little harder but we are still doing well. The shift to becoming an outbound sales company has been a bit bumpy but things are getting much better. FullStory needs to invest and focus more on culture building and team bonding.
