Stay away….the company’s leadership is subpar. The Central Region leave a lot to be desired, it’s a circus!

Leadership isn’t the greatest. Base pay is good but commission is really low

The people are the best part of the company. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. However, the systems and processes contradict each other which is frustrating. No one understands the comp plan. Only 25% of the reps in all three roles make quota and its always the same people.
