Sales Leadership is very clicky and isn't accepting of everyone. They also have no CRM hygiene so reps just upload accounts in as they please. It's a mess

Little to no leadership and nobody to look to for coaching since nobody is hitting quota. Feels like banging your head against a wall while the managers just give the most general coaching advice you've ever heard.
