Not a good place to work. I have been unimpressed with the leadership and strategy. The mantra is quantity of quality outreach. It just doesn't work.

This is a tricky industry with a ubiquitous product. Fourth’s HotSchedules was once cutting edge and standalone but now many other companies have come in competing on price or adding it on to their other offerings. Payroll is also fairly ubiquitous. Overall, I think Fourth wasn’t a terrible company. The product made sense but the leadership team unfortunately left the place very toxic. The customer base is great but again, without the culture and having to go into the office 4 out of 5 days, it wasn’t really somewhere I wanted to stay.

Sad experience. Leadership wasn't very supportive. CEO and CRO are both bad at holding their directs accountable for results. CEO is your typical Bain consultant - without any sense of how to run a tech company.
