Company has gone downhill since being bought by Blackstone. New leadership is cutting costs everywhere, directly effecting customer relationships. Toxic environment and culture is awful.

Very bad with almost no training or resources. Was hired into a role that was meant to fail from the start and have been told that by people to begin with. Really no one is hitting quota as well
