World class product market fit, robust product and excellent operational firepower. Completely incompetent leadership. Monthly quotas that change radically month-to-month. Predatory sales leadership to punishes top performers and destroys client relationships. Perform well and have your quota raised 10x and territory cut significantly. Poor accelerators. Will go down as the biggest disappointment in ATL tech history.

Sales leadership seems to be going in a direction opposite of what is best for the sales reps. There is starting to become a lack of respect, integrity, and trust. Most leaders have never told to government entities before, so they are not knowledgeable in key areas. Motivating by fear never works.

The comp plan took a nosedive in 2024 as the company prepares to go public. Very chaotic internally as alignment with government process is not a priority.
