Attrition here is starting to show from leadership ignoring poor morale and asking people to do more with less repeatedly. There has been 3 major layoffs in 14 months. 2 acquisitions. poor infrastructure and huge amount of content debt, so you have to be very scrappy to be successful. PMF is excellent. Customers love us. Company has had tremendous ups and downs- the company has always an excellent product fit and clients love our products but constant leadership, comp, territory and quota make this job a lot more difficult than it has to be.
