Leadership is focused on tick the box activities that turn dashboards from red to green, but don't actually improve the state of the business. Feedback from the field/customers is viewed more and more as complaining and issues are not addressed.

Current Employee4.6Oct 30, 2024It is great to work for an organization that is a leader in the product space but isn't acting like there's nothing new to do. Innovation is there and people are supportive of each other. Great group of people. Negatives are that customers never hear "no" or "out of scope" leading to constant back and forth. Additionally, support can a bit of a struggle.
