Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee This is an Account Management that was renamed about a year ago from Customer Success Manager and there are a lot of responsibilities that will take away from selling time. The culture at this company openly celebrates employees who put off and change personal plans for work and has little to no mention of work/life balance. Very few reps are able to consistently hit their quota while the company has a "no base pay raise" and the only way they will increase your compensation is through RSU's. Browse Other Reviews
