Worst company to work for, they went public so most benefits were taken away besides the basics. RSU are worth close to nothing, but the culture at this company is the worst part. They also conduct a round of layoffs every 6 months, revolving door at this place.

My overall experience is the company is trying to become profitable, so there are a lot of layoffs and commish structure changes. The base pay for those who make it to senior roles was supposed to go up $5,000 but they cut it down to $2,500. Also, they preach Diversity and Inclusion and there is none in sight. The push for profits at the cost of incredibly talented people will continue to be this place's downfall. This place is a Trojan horse.
