Firstup is an SDR burn/churn. Two out of the three SDR manages have never been SDRs and do not understand the role of being an SDR and have unrealistic expectations for their team. The successful SDRs have navigated their ways around finding fluff meetings that are either not outbound or have been previous C/L and have no potential to close. AEs struggle to find new business because of this model.

My overall experience started strong and went downhill. The small but mighty team with inspirational leadership became a toxic environment where closers and SDR's walked on eggshells and the only constant was change.
