My overall experience started strong and went downhill. The small but mighty team with inspirational leadership became a toxic environment where closers and SDR's walked on eggshells and the only constant was change. The Firstup ship is sinking like the Titanic. A lot of the newer employees are being let go in their first quarter and the senior employees are making their way to the life rafts.

The SDR team was grown too fast and too large while the market was quickly cooling down in 2022.
