Finger pointing among the executives is horrendous. Growth has slowed, it's obvious, and there isn't a cohesive plan to solve the issues.

Very poor product market fit. Highly disorganized. Culture and communication could use improvement

Long story short not great product market fit. The platform has tons of potential but it struggles to get and hold buyers attention. Hopefully that changes in the future but until then the chances of hitting quota here are slim to none.
