Overall a good company. Sometimes internal processes are a bit difficult due to it being a large corporation. I did feel supported by management and felt competitive in the market. I do think training and education could be improved a bit.

Good base, fair OTE but continuous obstacles to get there. Product needs focus and leadership has ego and reacts emotionally.
