Overall, the company is ran by emotional leaders who make decisions based on how they feel at any given moment. The company tells you everyday how you need to be “grateful” yet there isn’t even stock options for people who’ve been with the company for 1-2 years. They doubled quotas and lowered the commissions & even shortened book sizes.

Everything is always changing. The entire time I've been here, it's been for the worse. Sales management is pretty good, butter upper management and C-suite is clueless and seems to act on a whim, with ZERO transparency to the troops
