Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Fidelity Investments is a great place if if you want to be a micromanaged puppet. Every minute is accounted for- and it takes years to get into the FC role. It was call after in-coming calls. Fidelity made a lot of promises just to go back on their word. High turnover. Good benefits towards retirement but I wouldn't recommend this place. Most jobs there are going to be call center jobs and your promotion is literally reliant on how fast you get people off the phone so it doesn't feel very incentivizing to be able to give great customer service.
