Former Employee I had fast career growth within the first 3 years, but by year 3, the career growth got stagnant. There's no accelerators, no chance for promotion, and VERY little sales support and enablement. We NEVER got trained on sales, only on product. The vibe there for the past year and a half is very old school salesy, literally like typical traveling salesperson vibes. If you don't fit into that demographic and if you don't kiss up and "build a brand" for yourself, then your career there is over. I say this while being the top performer for 3 years in a row, but not fitting into this vibe. It was truly painful to see the company shift from being diverse, inclusive to being filled with the same demographic, and the sales team suffers because of it. The quotas are UNREALISTIC, I had an almost $6 million quota with little to no support, no renewals and no BDRs. Truly a joke for a salesperson to thrive in this environment. Browse Other Reviews
