Huge sales reorg for 2025. Everyone in sales is due to make a lot less than previous years. If you aren't tied to a certain individual in sales management you will never see recognition or promotions come your way even if you hit quotas. Extremely political sales environment. Midway thought 2024 the company completely eliminated one portion of my compensation with 0 recourse. The most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in sales to date.

I had fast career growth within the first 3 years, but by year 3, the career growth got stagnant. There's no accelerators, no chance for promotion, and VERY little sales support and enablement.
