Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee FedEx is a great company to work for. I am also an outlier because I am in one of the busiest and densely populated part of the US. The commitment to training AE’s is outstanding. Logistics has a very steep learning curve, and the company understands that, so they gave me one year to really understand the products we offer and resources we have to resolve issues. Great leadership, everyone is very collaborative and willing to help, especially if you are new, and anyone under 10 years is new, since it’s not uncommon for people to be in the company for 30+ years. I was desperate to leave my previous role however so I didn’t negotiate the salary I wanted(you can), but still received a sign on bonus and after 2 years you receive a 20% bump. I’m a hunter so I don’t care about inbound leads, I can generate my own. FedEx is also pivoting from an account manager culture to a more hunter, account executive culture, by paying out a great amount for finding new logos, and I love that.
