There are the Facebook years and the Meta years. Very different chapters and in the Meta years it is much more tops down and all about efficiency and what have you done for me lately. There is very much a Mark's club and if your not in it or closely connected to it you are going to struggle. Solutions didn't evolve as fast as the people gunning for us did and now they are recovering. Great people to work with and learn from and perks- so it's just a matter of what you can tolerate or prioritize.

A lot of account to manage as an AM. Liberal culture too so keep this in mind. Large company so difficult to move up horizontally. Overall, great company, culture, good pay for the experienced required for the role (2 years).
