Great pay, great products, but a lack of integrity when it comes to developing and growing employees. If you’re not a social climber, it’s hard for you to stand out. If you’re making an organizational wide impact, future growth is possible, but it’s hard to obtain otherwise.

My experience overall was great. The pay and benefits are awesome, the Culture is a bit woke/PC but overall great place. Left for an AE role elsewhere
