Overall FDM served its purpose in giving entry level sales roles to those workout b2b experience. Aside from that, the product is more of a nice to have which doesn’t resonate well in a market where clients are looking to cut costs

The sales leadership was not very in tune to feedback from sales people. There was no clear structure and process around winning new accounts.

decent place to start working in sales. Good training, and manageble targets. Comp structure is confusing and is 100% residual

Sales development and Culture are great. Good opportunity for people starting out in sales to work with Enterprise level customers. Warm / Hot leads are not frequent. Must get up to speed quick to be successful.
