How effective is the sales training program at Experian for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales?

They have some solid programs and the guy leading is solid.   Answer below is correct, its a big org and different programs for different verticals.   that said, you can be vocal and push to take a class you are interested in to "own" your career path.

It depends on which division you are considering. Experian has several business units with segmented sales team that do not operate in all the same way. I was a part of the experian data quality business unit where I started my career in sales at the BDR/SDR entry level and built up from there. That division at the time had an effective path for development and promotion to Account Executive. I started in 2013. I went on to another division at Experian that did not necessarily have that type of program that promoted a promotion process from entry level BDR/SDR into the sales teams. Depending on where you are looking, I would recommend asking about career progression. How many people start their career (in the position you are looking), and are then promoted into the role you would like to be in?  Ask about the training and development process. Ask about the engagment and facetime you would get from sales manager that could potentially hire you etc.
