Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Compensation is much to low for a SaaS sales role. Incentives are ok but 100% is hit maybe 20-30% of the time across the board. Managers have favorites so the leads are fed to the favorites who have been there longer. Management is delusional as well as incompetent. For example, they spent over $1.5 million (I believe per year) on an office in Brickell that is HARDLY, maybe once a quarter. Could have given every remote employees in the US a $50,000 annual raise and actually saved money. Browse Other Reviews
