Everlaw has an amazing product and comp structure. The company is very innovative and supportive but at a stage where growth is harder to find in a tough selling environment and industry.

Great product but niche industry and new reps struggle at first. Non-industry specific leadership can miss on changes. Highly competitive market but huge upside. Potential for large deals exist.

Everlaw provided a structured onboarding and ramping, which was helpful as someone who was new to the SDR role at the time. The company acted as if it was transparent, and I overall felt it was until I was impacted by an entirely unanticipated layoff.
