My overall experience was subpar. Visitor management and workplace management didn’t have the growth that was expected and the leadership team over hired massively, resulting in a large RIF.

Great people, solid bread and butter product that Envoy is known for, and decent comp however plagued with a revolving door policy including CXO’s, leaving the company and product stuck on the same plateau for last few if not several years. Positive. Layoffs were tough but it was 2022. Severance was fair. I was fairly compensated relevant to work I put in and perks were incredible. Developed as a professional in my short time at Envoy

Envoy has been a great company to work for, although recent changes within leadership and product strategy have changed my perspective on not only the day-to-day, but the long-term outlook of the company. There are still amazing people that work there and the sales culture is still very strong; but I fear that is going to change for the worse soon.
