My overall experience was subpar. Visitor management and workplace management didn’t have the growth that was expected and the leadership team over hired massively, resulting in a large RIF.

It’s nice that you can sell anyone with an office space Envoy, however many companies won’t see the value unless there is some sort of compliance initiative tied to visitor management. Envoy is an expensive solution and the workplace offering needs a lot of work still. The company is going through a time of change and many people are leaving or have been let go....Read More

MidMarket AE will be the end of your Envoy career. Worse yet, SMB & MM AE leadership is so bad that 25% of the sales org left the company in the last 5 months of 2024. Mass exodus due to toxic leadership and unattainable quotas due to a weak market-fit. It went from selling a solid set of products in '21, '22, and '23 to selling a "nice-to-have" vision in 2024.
