It’s nice that you can sell anyone with an office space Envoy, however many companies won’t see the value unless there is some sort of compliance initiative tied to visitor management. Envoy is an expensive solution and the workplace offering needs a lot of work still. The company is going through a time of change and many people are leaving or have been let go. The 3 day a week policy is strict and it will come up with your manager if you cannot be in t-w. This will also effect your promotion/raise eligibility. Culture shifted when CRO came in. Many people were let go and the focus turned to more aggressive metrics.

The new CRO of this place exudes a superiority complex and toxic boomer energy. I would avoid while he is still there. A ton of great people will probably leave soon because of this.

Great people, solid bread and butter product that Envoy is known for, and decent comp however plagued with a revolving door policy including CXO’s, leaving the company and product stuck on the same plateau for last few if not several years.
