Positives: great office culture and office manager, catered breakfast and lunch, $100 wellness stipend, regular after office events and team bonding activities. Good diversity in the SF and NY offices. Cultural wise, sales managers are kind (some exceptions). Envoy is a leader in the space so the product is great. Challenges: Envoy had a major RIF in February and decimated the BDR team. From what I can see Denver team morale was low but slowly improving …Now we are currently building out a team in SF in addition to existing BDR org in Denver. Inbound attainment has recently been very low. Let’s discuss outbound attainment. The only team that hits is the Enterprise BDRs. DO NOT join the midmarket team. You will have to overwork 3-4X activity metrics just to barely scratch monthly goals.

Envoy has been a great company to work for, although recent changes within leadership and product strategy have changed my perspective on not only the day-to-day, but the long-term outlook of the company. There are still amazing people that work there and the sales culture is still very strong; but I fear that is going to change for the worse soon.

Positive. Layoffs were tough but it was 2022. Severance was fair. I was fairly compensated relevant to work I put in and perks were incredible. Developed as a professional in my short time at Envoy
