Enable's culture and leadership is second to none. Hard work is rewarded and the exec team nevers ask anything of a rep that they aren't willing to do themselves. Leaders are in the trenches helping to close deals all the way up to CEO/Pres and they are the hardest workers in the whole org, so the tone is set up top which I think most sales people appreciate. I am someone who has been internally promoted several times so my low-ish rating for base pay is probably not inline with how a lot of my teammates feel based on my relative experience/pathway into seat. Additionally, the company does a great job of recognizing hard work and doesn't cheap out with things like SKO's, team dinners, and especially President's Club. A work hard/play culture is definitely promoted at Enable. Lastly, I also believe that our product/market fit will guide us to IPO in the next 3 years, which unlocks an additional lucrative layer of compensation (equity). Overall, Enable is a great place to work, which is why I'm coming up on 3 years here and have no plans to look around or leave any time soon.
