Paddle has fantastic product market fit, world class perks and a culture you will not find at any other tech company. When you combine all of these things, you achieve one of the best possible working dynamics you could possibly ask for. Combining compensation, progression, problem solving and friendship from your work and your colleagues.

the company really doesnt understand their market fit yet. theyre doing great in the UK but terrible in the US and management admits there doesnt seem to be a market in the US. Management is constantly changing and direction seems to be constantly changing as well. Multiple rounds of layoffs
