There’s been a lot of change at Enable, which brings opportunity for those who are proactive, adaptable, and can stand the test of time. That said, the organization remains highly siloed, with limited cross-functional alignment. Leadership could benefit from focusing more on people—prioritizing retention, internal mobility, and transparent communication. There’s no shortage of talented individuals here, but the company struggles to keep them. Turnover is high, and with it goes valuable knowledge and momentum. There’s potential, but without a stronger commitment to building and supporting its people, that potential risks being lost.

Enable's culture and leadership is second to none. Hard work is rewarded and the exec team nevers ask anything of a rep that they aren't willing to do themselves. Leaders are in the trenches helping to close deals all the way up to CEO/Pres and they are the hardest workers in the whole org, so the tone is set up top which I think most sales people appreciate.
