Current Employee There’s been a lot of change at Enable, which brings opportunity for those who are proactive, adaptable, and can stand the test of time. That said, the organization remains highly siloed, with limited cross-functional alignment. Leadership could benefit from focusing more on people—prioritizing retention, internal mobility, and transparent communication.
There’s no shortage of talented individuals here, but the company struggles to keep them. Turnover is high, and with it goes valuable knowledge and momentum.
