The experience of working remote in the US for Enable is totally different than the on site reps in Canada / UK, and I think that’s important to know when reading reviews. As a remote US rep I love my job. The KPI’s are attainable, the culture and leadership is excellent, the compensation structure is generous, unlimited PTO, GREAT benefits with basically free healthcare, not a micromanaged environment. I am very happy here and am doing very well in my role, often hitting accelerators and have hit quota since I started. They are making positive changes to appease the downsides especially for Canada— They lowered the quota in commercial to be more attainable (2 converted oops/month now regardless of segment) and have implemented a hybrid schedule so things do seem to be improving in the areas that were clearly lacking. New leadership and lots of growing pains but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive
