Sales leadership are weak closers and give away your deals resulting in $0 commission's being paid. They micromanage your deal, take over the closing portion then offer 9 month free trials to ensure it will be 1 year before you see commission...if you're lucky cause the tend to fire AE's right before commission is due. Read the reviews and avoid at all costs.

Great experience thus far. Very fast paced work environment and very much a sales first culture. The culture is not for everyone but I am learning a ton and becoming a better AE everyday. There is a lot of opportunity to make $1M but be ready to prospect/build pipeline.
