Some of the managers really determine what your experience is like. Enable tries to Forster a collaborative culture but execution is usually poor. The enablement and training team are stretched and tend not to focus on their providing tailored plans for development for reps. Instead sometimes they get involved with product launches for example ?

Some of the ways we are working to ensure consistenly positive experiences is through leadership development in monthly Manager EnableYou sessions as well as adding a dedicated Revenue Enablement Manager focused on Manager Enablement specifically.
