Sales culture is toxic, people leaving left and right - turnover rampant. No clear supported outbound process, disjointed system. The tech stack is expensive, but a huge mess. Cross functional teams work together poorly. Product market fit is iffy, but pricing is sky high. Very limited number of prospects see value beyond 'nice to have'.

I have been with Enable over 1 year now and it is a fantastic place to work. Everyone here is fully invested into our plans and growth and it really shows in the culture.
