Pretty decent role, pay but inbounds are pretty weak. Majority of opportunities create are outbounded. Kpi is a split of 60% opps created and 40% on closed won.

The leadership really isn't great. The biggest issue that they face is going against two established companies in Sprinklr and Sprout Social. Both of those are eons ahead of where Emplifi is currently. There's constantly changing goals that really aren't achievable.

Used to be flexible and fun but no that private equity is involved, the culture has been destroyed. Everyone legacy / new are on very similar comp plans that limits high payouts and incentives.
