My experience was generally positive. Goals were hard to reach but leadership was nice and supportive.

The leadership really isn't great. The biggest issue that they face is going against two established companies in Sprinklr and Sprout Social. Both of those are eons ahead of where Emplifi is currently. There's constantly changing goals that really aren't achievable.
