Does Elastic pay commission monthly or quarterly? Does sales get annual bonuses based on attainment? President's Club? Does the schedule very between commercial and federal?

Elastic pays commissions monthly. No annual bonus for quota attainment. President's club exists, but includes Engineering, HR, OPS and other functions and is not sales focused. The CEO believes developers are equal in contribution to the company's revenues. Commercial and Federal segment compensation is the same--no differences. Which has caused sales turnover in the Fed sector recently.

Commission is paid monthly (although I think commissions on renewals are paid once a quarter).  There are spiffs but no year end bonuses.  They do have President's Club.  Not sure about the schedule question but I don't believe there is.  Elastic has a very flexible working environment.

Commission is monthly. We have accelerators and sometimes spiffs but no "bonuses"  Quota is an Annual number but you will be expected to hit the Q number and very little attention is given to the overall number.  This means you can blow your annual number out in Q1 and Q2 but you will still be expected to hit 100% of Q3 and Q4 even though you are 100% for the year.  Yes there is presidents club the criteria changes annually.
