Large company, Nalco seems to be struggling with the Ecolab acquisition. Especially in heavy industries. Plug and play leadership positions don’t seem to be working well.

My overall experience was a large company with a lot of internal competition. New comp structure does not give you the opportunity for income growth. They offer lateral promotions with little pay increases. Stock and 401k are decent

Company keeps cutting as a way to report earnings to Wall Street. No longer care about the expertise it takes to be a field employee here. Thinks people can become warewashing, laundry, housekeeping, and pool and spa experts in three months of training.
