Company keeps cutting as a way to report earnings to Wall Street. No longer care about the expertise it takes to be a field employee here. Thinks people can become warewashing, laundry, housekeeping, and pool and spa experts in three months of training.

My overall experience was a large company with a lot of internal competition. New comp structure does not give you the opportunity for income growth. They offer lateral promotions with little pay increases. Stock and 401k are decent
