Former Employee2.6Mar 20, 2024Not good, didn’t care about problems outside of work so just terminated me
Former Employee3.0Sep 15, 2024My overall experience was a large company with a lot of internal competition. New comp structure does not give you the opportunity for income growth. They offer lateral promotions with little pay increases. Stock and 401k are decent

Current Employee3.4Oct 7, 2024Large company, Nalco seems to be struggling with the Ecolab acquisition. Especially in heavy industries. Plug and play leadership positions don’t seem to be working well.

Former Employee3.6Feb 24, 2024Ecolab is a great company to launch a Hunting Style Sales career, this job comes with a car, gas card, and company provided tech. The largest downside are small commissions, standard goals across the company regardless of market (A Rep in a rural area will have the same sales target as a Metro Rep) and a lack of promotion abilities.
