Ecolab is a great company to launch a Hunting Style Sales career, this job comes with a car, gas card, and company provided tech. The largest downside are small commissions, standard goals across the company regardless of market (A Rep in a rural area will have the same sales target as a Metro Rep) and a lack of promotion abilities.
