My overall experience was subpar. This business is about EBITDA worship. The customer experience has been completely de-prioritized. Losing multiple references a year and tons of churn was normal

ECI has fundamentally changed the way that the aftermarket organization is compensated for the worse. There have been significant declines teams performances, continually increasing quotas at unrealistic percentages, and extremely low moral. Hopefully things change, but as of now I would stay away.

My overall expirence was decent. They are slowly getting worst because they are trying to sell again and have lost sight of valuing sales people.
