My overall experience was they never trained outbound reps how to do outbound. They are so focused on the inbound people that the outbound people are second thoughts and don’t matter as much to them. Basically had to teach myself everything outbound.

A new executive leadership team took over a few years ago, changing the company sales organization to a finance lead organization. Total Sales compensation is reduced every year which is causing high turnover.
