The environment as a whole was not great. Pay was not good and my role was set up for failure from the start but new leadership has been brought in since I left so it could be different now.

Company is honestly cutting spending, it’s a great product sometimes for the companies that likely already have our tool so it’s hard to prospect new accounts.

Sub par! The compensation is the only motivation here. There are opportunity to transition to a AE if your a top performer in SDR within (4 - 6) + . But the job gets redundant and the volumes of inbound calls, dictates opportunities which you have to qualify through a B.A.N.T questionnaire.
