The company fired the SDR VP and failed to find a replacement for 6 months. There is no development and is essentially a call center. My overall experience is the organization has great products they offer in the marketplace and are often the premium solution but the downsides are the products are expensive and the base pay is very low compared to other organizations. Commission payouts are among the best I've seen (when goals are hit) but overall only about 1/3 of reps are hitting their quotas.

Complete disappointment. The majority of education customers cancelled between 2017 -2020 because of increased cost for software that can't do anything close to what previous offerings do. They also charge ridiculous implementation fees, which can double and sometimes triple the cost.
